Viewing and downloading Account Statements
You can view and download your Capital on Tap account statements at any time through the App or Web Portal.
For now, paper statements are not available and only credit statements are sent to the registered email address automatically after each billing period.
Who can download statements?
Access to statements depends on your account role:

How to download a statement from the Web Portal
- Go to Transactions.
- Select Download statements.
- Locate the billing period you need and click Download.
How to download a statement from the App
- Go to Transactions.
- Select Statements.
- Choose the statement you need and select View.
- Tap Download to save the statement.
How to download a Savings statement
Savings statements are only available in the Web Portal and are provided as PDF files.
- Go to Savings.
- Select Statements under Manage Your Savings.
- Locate the billing period you need and click Download.
When are Account Statements available?
Account statements are available by the end of the next business day after the billing period ends.
If a statement is not available after this timeframe, contact Capital on Tap support in the App or Web Portal.
What should I do if my statement looks incorrect?
If a statement shows a discrepancy, such as an unrecognised transaction, a missing refund, or an interest charge you don't expect, contact Capital on Tap support in the App or Web Portal.
When contacting support, provide:
- The relevant billing period or transaction date
- A clear description of the discrepancy
- Any supporting payment confirmation
Can a statement be generated for a custom date range?
Statements are only issued for standard billing periods and are exclusively available in the Web Portal. For a specific date range, export transactions as a CSV file by:
- Going to the Transactions tab.
- Clicking Export transactions.
- Selecting the desired format.
- Clicking Export to download the file.
Can't download my statement - what should I do?
If a statement does not download, the issue may be related to browser compatibility or cached session data. Try the following:
- Use Google Chrome
- Open a new incognito window
- Log in to the web portal again
- Attempt the download
Can Statements be accessed after an account is closed?
Once an account is closed, access to the App and Web Portal is removed, meaning statements cannot be viewed or downloaded after closure.
We advise you to download all necessary statements before closing your account. If you were unable to do so, contact Capital on Tap support by phone or email to request assistance.
